Our First Event in our new Village Hall and a Blooming Great Success at that!

 

An amazing £940 was raised for the Marie Curie Foundation - this is more than three times the amount raised last year when the event was held in the Club Room!

 

Thanks to Pat Bell , Jenny Thompson and everyone who helped and supported the event.

 

For most it was their first opportunity to see the new Hall and all were well pleased with the new facility. For the volunteers, it was their first chance to use the building for real. Some minor 'teething problems' were encountered but all can be sorted over the next few days.
